ELAICHI is a small independent brand. every order is made and shipped with care, no inventory sits in a warehouse. because of that, we don't accept returns or refunds.

 

exceptions:

 

if your item arrives damaged or wrong, email amara@srizzybeats.com within 7 days with photos. we'll replace it free.

 

if your package is lost in transit (no scan after 14 days), email us and we'll resend.

 

digital products (downloads, sample packs) are final on purchase.
